Lisa Swayne
Bio
Lisa Swayne began her career at G.P. Putnams Sons, where she
was fortunate enough to work with best-selling mystery authors Dick Francis, Robert B.
Parker and Lawrence Sanders.
In 1994 she became a senior agent at Adler & Robin Books/Bill Adler Books where she
represented fitness expert Patrick Sarge Avon, journalist Arthur Magida and
best-selling computer book author, Sue Plumley, among others. She also packaged
anthologies and other books for William Morrow and Avon Books.
Lisa founded The Swayne Agency in 1997 with only 5 clients. since that time, The Swayne
Agency client list has grown to more that 125 authors, including Justin Martin author of
the bestselling GREENSPAN: The Man Behind Money, Adam Penenberg and Slate.com.
