Jennifer Blake, William Carman, Bruce Feiler, Jim Fusilli, Philip Jolowicz, Earl Merkel, and Lori Woolridge share where they were on September 11th, why they decided to make changes in their books, and the emotions they experienced while writing during this dark period. New Website: GetFedUp.com - Ever Wonder Why Diets Don't Work?

Do you try diet after diet without success? Do you fear that you'll never be able to achieve a healthy, attractive body weight? Do you "rebound" after each diet or make mental lists of "acceptable" and "unacceptable" foods to eat, yet find that you keep gaining weight? Are you exhausted with trying to control your weight? Or, have you simply given up?

If you answered yes, to any of these questions, go to GetFedUp.com, the official website for Dr. Wendy Oliver-Pyatt's new book FED UP!, which is due in stores in October 2002.

The book discusses our culture's unrealistic perception of beauty and how this can --- and does --- result in self-esteem issues, binge eating and eating disorders. The book also provides a Ten-Step plan that allows men and women to shed excess weight without overbearing exercise routines or succumbing to dangerous dieting techniques. GetFedUp.com offers a book excerpt, background on Dr. Oliver-Pyatt, an interview, an outline of a workshop taught by the author, quizzes, and more.
