To help us understand your project, we will send you a questionnaire, which will give us an opportunity to learn more about your goals, brand and social media platforms.
When we receive your questionnaire, we will contact you to discuss any additional details that we may need to provide you with a project plan and pricing estimate.
We will develop a plan for your site with a site map and suggestions for art and design as well as pricing and project timelines. As our plans are detailed and fully fleshed out, there may be a fee for this portion of the project, which will be deducted from the project cost should you go ahead with it. On larger projects, we may elect to flesh a content plan with a client before we do the final pricing.
Once we are in agreement on the Project Agreement a Project Initiation Fee will be invoiced. Upon payment and once we have key assets (cover, author photo, etc) we will move ahead with the project.
In the first round of design we will share a design for the homepage and perhaps a select interior page, or two. This will give you an opportunity to be sure that our vision is matching yours, or we hope even exceeding it!
Once we know we have the look for your site nailed down, we will design all interior pages for your approval.
By this time, all content should be delivered, along with any art assets beyond what was needed for initial design.
A test website will be built based upon the approved designs.
You will review the site and note any changes that need to be made.
Once you approve of the test site, we’ll publish your site live.
